Home building billing process

No one likes to get an unexpected bill in the mail. Since Biggerstaff Construction thrives on communication, they make sure their clients fully understand the billing process in advance. Here's how it works:

  1. A down payment will be made to Biggerstaff Construction once the client is ready to move ahead with the building process.
  2. Invoices mailed out to client by the 10th of each month.
  3. Payment is requested within ten days (10DY) of invoice.

Biggerstaff Construction works with two styles of billing: progress billing and time and material billing. Although progress billing is the most common, smaller jobs usually work best with time and material billing.

Progress billing is based off the percent complete off the total bid at time of billing. Time and material charges out actual labor and material expensed to date on a monthly basis.
